How We Combat Hair Loss
Welcome! All new clients must schedule either an in-person or virtual consultation with Susan L. Peterkin prior to booking their first appointment. This ensures that we gain a clear understanding of your desires, your hair's needs, and any history that may have contributed to damage or hair loss. If you do not book a consultation prior to your first service, you acknowledge that your appointment spot will be forfeited upon submission.
Our goal is to provide the highest level of care to you and your hair, which begins with an initial consultation. This step allows us to hit the ground running with an action plan during your first service.
