Susan L. Peterkin is a master natural hair stylist specializing in hair care and hair loss. Co-founder of PeterKINdred Dermatologic™️ Salon, the PeterKINdred Dermatologic™️ Salon is America's first full service dermatologic salon revolutionizing hair and scalp wellness, and trailblazing in hair restoration solutions.
Having built her career on the foundations of old school hair care, Susan nurtures each of her clients in the same way she nurtures their hair. Outside of the salon, Susan educates other natural stylists on proper styling techniques, lobbies for legislation that protects natural hair such as the C.R.O.W.D. Act, and collaborates with dermatologists to provide hair loss education to beauty professions via her S.T.R.A.N.D. program.
With tough love, a touch of realism, and a plan of action, Susan ensure her client’s hair thrive in and out of the salon.

QUARITA FUTRELL
Quarita Futrell, a Licensed Master Cosmetologist and founder of On the RUNNN Salon, established Girl Next Door Hair to offer clients experiencing hair loss specialized hair preservation solutions, including custom hair pieces. Leveraging her extensive training, she develops solution-oriented hair designs. Her professional qualifications include membership in the International Association of Trichology, professional standing within the S.T.R.A.N.D Network, former network educator position with Bumble and Bumble, Vidal Sassoon London training, DevaCurl Certification, Trichology Practitioner certification, and Oribe Backstage Stylist experience.
Her extensive industry experience encompasses celebrity photoshoots and campaigns for Black Film Feast, BET, Donna Karen, Backstage Pat McGrath, Sephora, Coach, Netflix, Amazon, Dell, and Disney, which has enabled her to create bespoke hair pieces meticulously tailored to individual client needs. She collaborates closely with medical professionals, such as dermatologists and reproductive health experts, to ensure that clients experiencing medically related hair challenges receive appropriate treatment, adhering strictly to the recommended plans outlined by the medical experts.
ANGELA FRENCH
Meet Phrenchie (Angela French), a Clinical Cosmetologist & Wellness Advocate specializing in all textures, locs, bridal, and editorial artistry. She's also the owner of PHRENCHmade Hair Services, located in Bowie, MD. While maintaining her salon studio, she continues to dedicate her time as a freelance artist in the DMV area, along with national and international locations. While working as a platform artist for one of L'Oréal's major brands and collaborating with like-minded artists, she has established herself as a Master Artistry behind the scenes of photoshoots, magazines, fashion show runways, and even movies. Some of her work has been featured in national and international hair magazines, or you may have seen her work grace the latest runways or films.
Her latest journey in hair wellness has opened the doorway to a new educational platform for stylists who have always been passionate about maintaining hair care. Her recent education and experience in maintaining healthy hair, as well as product knowledge, have led her to network in spaces with like-minded cosmetologists and dermatologists. Graduating with a certification in Integrative Health & Wellness from the University of Maryland Baltimore helped her recognize the connections between mind, body, and wellness coaching, which can potentially help clients navigate hair transitioning phases related to hair disorders or conditions. Since becoming a STRAND Ambassador, she dedicates herself to helping new and existing clients, as well as cosmetologists and barbers, understand their hair concerns by providing them with the right resources from professionals and medical experts.
