Book a discover call to learn more about Susan’s educational offerings for hair care professionals and how we can customize educational offerings to meet your in-salon needs.

How It Works

  • Start with a conversation. Before booking a mentorship experience, schedule a discovery call with Susan to discuss your goals, salon environment, and current stage of specialization. This conversation helps identify your needs, review available education offerings, answer questions, and determine which experience is the best fit for you or your team.

  • Built for beauty professionals ready to expand their expertise. These educational experiences are available for licensed cosmetologists, natural hair stylists, and barbers interested in strengthening their understanding of hair loss and scalp care. Salon Systems for Hair Loss Specialists is exclusively available to S.T.R.A.N.D. Certified™ professionals who have successfully completed certification through a previous S.T.R.A.N.D. workshop.

  • Designed to support individuals and salons alike. Payment plans are available, with options to divide the total investment into 4 or 6 payments.

The "Salon Systems for Hair Loss Specialists" is beneficial for all in the salon. Larger salon teams are encouraged to explore cost-sharing opportunities to maximize education and impact across staff.

  • Learn together and save together. The hands-on technical class offers 30% off for groups of five or more participants. This option is ideal for salon teams interested in building a shared foundation in hair loss education and creating a more consistent client experience across staff. Group pricing applies to hands-on educational sessions only.

  • Expand your learning experience. Additional technical education offerings can be added to hands-on classes through S.T.R.A.N.D. ambassadors and educators. Specialty topics may include ingredient education, hair designs for hair loss, curl-focused approaches for clients experiencing hair loss, and other advanced topics designed to support specialized salon care.
